Been away for a while. Coupla points;
> Captain HB Latrobe (not John) was primary 3rd MD organizer
> The East TN men of '62 enlisted from the Jonesboro area.
They were recruited largely by Holmes (later Lt.) Ervin.
They are listed in an article that appeared in
Confederate Veteran and mentioned in the Ritter Diary.
