Hello, Ms. Street:

I just wanted to thank you for reading my post and taking the time to do some research for a stranger. It's folks such as you that make so much of the world work. (Not to mention message boards!)

However, this is what I get for cross posting on both the AL and the TN boards. On the AL board, this thread is much longer and covers much more material, most of it from Mr. George Martin, although other notables such as Mr. Alan Pitts, Mr. Greg Biggs, and Mr. Dennis Brooke also contributed. If you are at all interested in the great mystery of Capt. Kendrick, please join us at the link below. Capt. Kendrick was recruiting for an outfit that never existed, was buried under a tombstone that named another outfit that he apparently never belonged to (as you also discovered), was associated with a couple of other outfits, and then it starts to get even screwier. On my last post this morning, I even revealed the thought I had early on that he was some sort of secret agent for the US Government! Please, come join us and comment if you have a thought, suggestion, correction, or idea on the matters at hand. I promise I won't laugh at you, if you won't laugh at my secret agent thought, deal? (The secret agent post is 2nd from the top).
