"The Tennessee Civil War Veterans Questionnaires," compiled by Dyer and Moore, published in 1985 by the Southern Historical Press, Inc, P.O. Box 738, Easley, SC 29641-0738. The questionnaires were sent to Union and Confederate veterans in the early 1900s. There are six volumes. Vol 1 has the Union veterans.
