I thought I had found all cards related to Chambers' service on fold3 but now it appears that you were more successful than I was.

What got my attention was your mention of the 5 th card. The following is a list of what I found on fold3:

1. A summary card in which numbers are written in on spaces 1 through 4.
2. A card referring to a Company Muster-in Roll at New Madrid, MO as of Aug 13, 1861. This one shows Chambers mustered in on May 14, 1861.
3. A card referring to a Company Muster Roll for Aug 14 to Oct 31, 1861.
4. A card referring to a Company Muster Roll for Jan 1 to July 1, 1862 which refers to Chambers' 1 year enlistment and Discharged written at the bottom.

Were you able to see cards in addition to these? It appears you have a better source as you mention a discharge date which is what I have been missing.
