There were several fatal accidents during Bragg's journey to KY in August 1862. I know of a steamship sinking on the Alabama River and a train accident at Greenville, AL involving men from Chalmers Mississippi "High Pressure Brigade". Several men from the accident were buried at Greenville. There also was an accident a short time later involving men from Camp Polled or near camp Pillars, but I can't remember the date or troops involved.
