George,
An apples and oranges comparison. The Swayze listing is the book from 1862 with timetables and more which is all good information. The CSA Railroads web site, however, is encyclopedic in terms of each Southern rail company, its history, construction, engines and cards, types of rails used, people involved, and far more. There is simply nothing like it on the web nor in book form for the scholarly study of the Confederate rail system.
