Dunbar for 3 years or the war, captured in hospital April 3, 1865, admitted General Hospital, Petersburg, Va. April 5, V. S. [gunshot wound], transferred to General Hospital April 9, admitted U. S. A. General Hospital, Fort Monroe, Va., convalescent from old G. S. W., [gunshot wound], recorded May 25 at Fair Ground Post Hospital, Petersburg, Va., returned May 30 to Military Prison Camp, Hamilton, Va., released May 31, 1865
