Re: 14th South Carolina Infantry - Gregg's / McGow

Hello there I came across this while researching my family tree. General Paul McNure was my Great-Grandmothers Father. He born on AUG 8 1848 in Edgefield County, South Carolina. He died on APR 3 1926 in Emanuel County, Georgia. He was buried in Ebenezar Methodist Cem, Emanuel Co, Ga. He was a Farm Laborer. His father was John Samuel McNure he was born about 1820 in SC or Scotland?. He was buried in St Mark's Lutheran CH, Lexington CO, SC. He served in the military in COB 2SC State Troops CSA. He was a Day Laborer. I hope this helps you in some way.
