My GGGrandfather, Calvin Stephens also served in Co. K PSS and was wounded at Frayser's Farm. The PSS were part of the 5th and my ancestors in Co. K of the 5th were Alfred Cook and his 3 brothers, Rial and Hamp Seay and William Brannon. I would really like to see the picture of the PSS and I have a small diary by W.L. Johnson of Gaffney, S.C. called "Preamble of Poppa's Experiences in War Between the State." He was in "The Palmetto Rifflement" Company K Palmetto Sharp Shooters. Looking forward to hearing from you.
