George, The past number of years I have been convinced by my son that mullet is a nasty tasting fish and not palatable. Thus I have not tried it. What is your opinion? There is a restaurant nearby that advertises a mullet dip, smoked mullet and other delicacies, but I have not tried it. I am a fish lover so I have yet to try one I did not like. Your opinion please.
