In a word no. the buckle should be either a brass or black enameled single roller buckle, not a chrome plated buckle Chrome plating was not invented until 1920).

The shape of the upper curves are incorrect and the lower section is not tapered enough. Also lacks the double row of stitching at either side of the lower section.

You can probably cut the shape to a better approximation of the real thing, change the buckle and re-do the stitching (should be white thread) noting how the stitching runs round the bottom of the frog.

Best thing is to do the research and ask questions before you buy something for re-enacting.
