It's *possible* to get that corrected ... Is it in a National Cemetery? The VA has on occasion corrected these in the past. There were a couple misidentified Confederates in the Union soldier sections of Cave Hill National Cemetery in Louisville, KY. We got the VA to issue corrected CS markers. They're still among the Yankees, but their pointy-top markers stick out now.
