That area is on the opposite end of the state from me , quite a drive. We do go that way every now and then since that is where my mother-in-laws family is from. I'll see if I can contact the archives up in that area. BTW Halbert is a family name of nine from that area. I do not think any of them were POWs anywhere, but if you stumble across info, please posts.
