There are 5 images in Grady Howell's "For Dixie Land I'll Take My Stand-Somebody's darling:Images of Mississippi Confederates." Four images are identified: 12th Miss, 15th Miss., 21st Miss., and 23rd Miss. One is unidentified. The one thing they have in common is they were all stationed at Corinth, Miss. or Iuka, MS (Camp of Instruction) between May and August 1861 prior to being sent to Virginia. In addition the pistols look to be the same props as those used in the photos for sale by Simens.
