Anderson for the war, deserted on January 12, 1864, subsequently captured and sentenced by Court Martial to hard labor during the war, description on enlistment: 27 year old Farmer, born in Monroe, Ala., dark eyes, dark hair, light complexion, 6’ 2”

* This company subsequently became Company H, 15th Confederate Cavalry
