Herb, you are probably programmed to outlive half the people on this message board. You know that Morgan's men were captured and sent to Camp Douglas, right? I think that we might have corresponded about them before. Approx. 100 of them escaped through a tunnel on 3 Dec. 1863. Some more escaped at other times. None of them would ever take the Oath and they were particularly troublesome for the camp garrison.
I am sorry that you cannot come to the concert. It would be great to meet you in person. I will be thinking about you all the time I am in Georgia.
