At what stage of the war could CSA have won it?

For my part that would be the week after first Bull Run - the disarray in Washington at that time would have forced the surrender of the federals after a short siege.

Secondly, during the battle of Shiloh - continous gunfire during the evening and night first day toward the river would have forced a surrender before the reinforcements came second day.
