Is what Wikipedia said true?

In regards to Robert E. Lee while looking at Wikipedia under the Norris Case and Lee's Views on Slavery it does not paint him in a good light.

While some school children today do not even know who Robert E. Lee was if they should look, Wikipedia may be their first education on Lee.

If any of us have proper documentation that would challenge the article now would be the time to do so. As far as I know anyone may change the story if proper documentation can be provided. If it is not changed than thousands of people in the future may have a negative view on Robert E. Lee.

Let the truth be told even if it does paint Lee in a bad light but somehow I believe whoever wrote this article did not tell the whole truth about Robert E. Lee and slavery.

While many of us complain that history is being changed, this might provide an avenue to correct it.
