A friend of mine and his son have seen several small, one day events, never a big one. we are watchers not doers. don't have the time or money for that. I understand what you all are saying. This will be more than the re-enactment for us. Popular Forrest, Monticello, Mt. Vernon and Washington DC. A couple of old men checking off things on their bucket list without wives that don't like to travel. I like Presidental Homes, am a big fan of Jefferson and he has relatives that were at Gettysburg. He wants to stand on the ground they died on. We may be disapointed but this may be the last big hurrah for us.
