It is not just Education that I feel is need. We also need to be proactive in calling to task those person who violate law. Education needs to be followed by validation that the education is truthful. That validation can only come from some form of justice being adminstered even now and then.

You can tell a child not do something until you are blue (or gray) in the face. But until that child suffers some sort of penality for continuing to do what you have instructed him not to do, has the education you have given the child really been taken to heart?
