The letter appears to be addressed to Mr. Edward Burris in Waterford (Miss)???? Letter starts "Dear father"

Dated April 12 1865.

It appears a James Bonds and a Sam Garrison(?) is mentioned in the letter . I don't think Garrison is a soldier and I know nothing about Bonds except "he is well"

I have this in my John Calvin Campbell file and have no idea why. Man am I confused!!!!
