1850 Tennessee census

William Rockwood and wife E. A. Rockwood have son William m. Rockwood, age 12, and five other children.

Both parents were born in Massachusetts. Father is a book binder.

W. Rockwood, age 30, is a clerk. He was born in Tenn.
V. H. Rockwood, age 30. She was born in Miss.

They reside with J. H. McRea.

They have sons H. Rockwood, 9, and L. W. Rockwood, 1.

On 1880 Miss Census,
Virginia Rockwood is a widow, head of household with a son and two others living with her

On the 1890 census, the head of house is now her son Harvey., and she is shown as living with his family.
--------------------------------
Virginia H. Rockwood is still living with her son on 1910 and 1920 census forms.
