It's the Louisville Confederate Veterans Monument. It has a CS soldier on it, not Jefferson Davis.

The city has wanted to remove this large monument for decades because it does interfere with modern traffic. But the liberal city administration is taking this opportunity to "move it." But they have no plan on WHERE it will be moved to, only that it will be put in storage until a suitable location can be found. And it's a very large monument ... are they really planning to store/restore the entire monument, or just the CS soldier statue? MANY unanswered questions here.

Obviously, reading between the lines, this means the Louisville Confederate Monument will be locked away somewhere, never to be seen again.
