My GG Grandfather, Isaac James Washington Cooper, also served in Company H. The company commander was Capt. M B Bowie. I am also interested in finding out more about this unit. The Unit was from Lowndes County Alabama. I don't have much info but glad to share what I have and would appreciate additional leads.
