Dear George;
Many interesting tid bits took place during Campaign Vicksburg.
For one thing it was very lengthy.
After all, it extended for, perhaps, something like Thirteen or Fourteen years.
From perhaps, the Battle of Shiloh or certainly from Van Dorn's raid on Holly Springs until
the reconstruction troops were removed from the South in 1876.
Many, Many interesting tid bits took place.
And yes, it should be pointed out that these were Northern Methodists.
