June 16, paroled, no date, admitted General Hospital, Petersburg, Va., Diarrhoea Chronic, returned to duty July 12, re-admitted July 13, returned to duty July 16, paroled prisoner, recorded at the Sep/Oct, 1863 muster as absent, sent to hospital in Georgia, returned, no date, in Division Hospital July 14, 1864, admitted Howard’s Grove Hospital, Richmond, July 18, 1864, returned to duty August 7, admitted Receiving and Wayside Hospital, Richmond, Va.
