"CONFEDERATE DEAD - A writer from Louisville, Ky., in a letter published in the Brandon Republican, gives the following list of Mississippians who are buried in the cemetery near Louisville. The grave of each man is marked with a marble slab, placed there by the ladies of Louisville:

W.P. Wiley, W.B. Headley, W.G. Lacey, Jas. Payne, 41st Miss., Wash Butler, Jno. Boothe, 40th Miss., R. Therrell, David Walker, J. Armer, N.B. Trotter, J.M. Fall, J.W. Bielle, G.W. Erby, S.M. Shesnot, 30th Miss., Peter Newcomb, Wm. McCoy, 24th Miss."
