Re: George W. Brown, Greene County MS

Mr Brown,
I want to talk with you, my name is Brent Waller, we recently found an old Tombstone back toward the river between Leakesville and Stateline off hwy 57 way back in the woods. on the stone it has AG Brown feb 20 1827 died June 17 1862 this stone is not an official stone issued by Uncle Sam. But on it it says Died in the CS Army. My camp adjutant thinks its George Brown, as we cant find a AG in Greene County 1850 or 60 census. We were told the name of the cemetery was Vincent Williams. we found Columbus Elliot and MJ williams there as well u can see the stone by opening this link, or copying and pasting it https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=587795251250841&set=gm.339596749477015&type=1&theater U can reach me at bigdaddymrpipe@livecom or 601-394-2257
