According to the book "Bivouac of the Dead," by Mark Hughes, ISBN 978-0-7884-0260-9, c. 1995, pg 63, those Union soldiers originally buried at Iuka were removed and reburied at Corinth National Cemetery in nearby Corinth, Miss.
