Thank you so much for posting this picture. My great-great-great-uncle (R.E. White) is listed. It means a lot to see this tangible memorial of his life. He died just before his daughter was born. After the war his widow married his brother, 39th Miss. Inf. who was prisoner of war at Johnson's Island for two years, after Port Hudson fell.
