Could be Mitchell...They camped at Louisville on the 12th. The Indian Settlement on the 13th.Colonel Hall's(would like to find that place)60 miles from Jackson on the 14th.Then on thru Sheron,Canton and Jackson.

I was in Louisville about 13 years ago and recollect the place had a strong smell.County clerk told me there was a wood pulp plant near and they all had gotten used to it.
