All Compatriots & Civil War friends in North Miss. & West Tenn.Since the Federal govt. is basiclly leaving it up to the states to form groups etc. to celebrate the 150th Civil War Anniversary, the Sesquicentennial. We have formed a group on Facebook called the " North Mississippi Sesquicentennial Civil War Battalion" The "150" Battalion was designed a week ago to keep all in the area informed of all activities at our local battlefields.
