Here are the two M. Albrittons listed in the NPS Soldiers & Sailors System:

M. J. Albrittron, 7th Battalion Mississippi Infantry, cards are file under the name J. M. Albritton, these however are filed under the name J. Milton Albritton

J. Milton Albritton, resident of Perry County, Mississippi, enlisted as a Private in Company A, 7th Mississippi Infantry Battalion May 1, 1862 in Jasper County, Mississippi, captured at Vickburg July 4, 1863, paroled July 9, promoted 1st Corporal February 29, 1864, surrendered at Citronelle, Ala. May 4, 1865 and paroled at Mobile, Ala. May 20, NOTE: his Vicksburg parole certificate is signed as "Milton J. Albritton"

M. M. Albritton, Company B, 7th Regiment Mississippi Infantry, his cards are filed under the name R. R. Albritton, however, the only file found was that of:

Richard R. Albritton enlisted as a Private in Company B, 7th Mississippi Infantry by State Ordnance, April 27, 1861 at Bogue Chitto/Bay St. Louis, wounded September 11/14, 1862 at the battle near Munfordville, Kentucky, left at Cave City, Ky., age 22, sent to Vicksburg November 12, 1862, exchanged December 4, captured at Kenesaw Mountain, Ga. July 4, 1864, forwarded to Camp Douglas Prison Camp, Illinois July 16, subscribed to Oath of Allegiance to the U. S. and released June 16, 1865, resident of Pike County, Mississippi
