The above soldier's military marker says he was in 1st MS Cav. Co. D, and the 24th MS Cav. Co. E.

I found these units listed in the Confederate, and he was on MS Federal census. His bio states 'he was a Union soldier' which I think is incorrect. He is on Findagrave, Naples Cemetery, Grady County, OK. along with five unidentified Confederate soldiers in that cemetery, a concrete curb around the five graves.

Can anyone here tell me anything about Isham J.H. Clark? He is not a relative, but would like information about him to be correct on his memorial page. thanks.
