In an ongoing effort to identify as many as possible of the reported 263 otherwise unidentified Confederate soldiers buried in a mass grave at Shady Grove cemetery (Iuka, MS) following the Battle of Iuka (19-20 Sept 1862), the following list has been compiled from a variety of sources representing casualties within the 36th Mississippi Infantry Regiment.
