Looking for information on Private Milton E. Dotson Co 'C' 11th Mississippi Cavalry Regiment. Born in Gilmer Co. Georgia around 1840. Family moved and settled in Amarillo (Potter Co. ) Texas around 1850. However--for whatever reasons--his name appears on roster of Co 'C' 11th Mississippi Cavalry Regt in 1864. Any information regarding his Confederate service record is much appreciated.
