I am researching service of the 5th & 6th US Volunteers in Colorado Territory.
I am looking for references to Fort St. Vrain, Ft. Vasquez, Ft. Lupton, Namqua Station in veterans service records, Pension application essays etc.
I could use all info I can find. I hope to work/write a book on their service more accuarte than the Dee Brown work already published.
