Thanks for the info. I checked some other family records we have and we do have his actual birth and death date. B. Dec 19,1829 D. Dec 23,1909. I have discovered many transcription errors on Ancestry. On one census he is listed as "Wilias", but the original is not so clear. His father Irons Garner is listed as "From" Garner on the 1830 census and several are not even found using their search/index on the 1850 census. I had to page through each image to find them. Ancestry is great resource, but they aren't perfect.
