Has anyone out there seen a photo of the Jefferson Flying Artillery Battery also
known as Darden's Battery ? There were at least 2 Yankees in the battery, one
of whom was Matthew Hughes, my great uncle from Mt Morris, Michigan . He was captured
at Nashville in Dec 1864 and survived Camp Douglas near Chicago.He enlisted in Mississippi City in July 1861 .
