Before Hurricane Katrina, and a house fire the following year, I had begun searching for the graves of known Revolutionary War Veterans buried in Mississippi. The coordinates are exact, taken directly at the gravesite.
To my knowledge, this is the only accurate record of this information. Some of these are family cemeteries that are overgrown or otherwise forgotten. Almost all have graves of Confederate Veterans. While technically not Civil
War related, the information may help someone track down the grave of a Confederate ancestor. Sorry, but I no longer have the pictures or any other information that went with the cemeteries. I apologize if this post is
