There are actually two Greensboro Cemeteries. One is called "Old" Greensboro and the other is called "New" Greensboro. The old cemetery was used until after the Civil War. Then there was a church build on the highway now called Grady road and the new cemetery was built behind the church. It was used right after the Civil War and to this day both cemeteries are still there, but for the most part only the new cemetery is still used. Only once a year (in May) during the Greensboro Memorial is the church still actually used today.
