Hello Dan & David,
William E. Cunliffe is in my family tree.
His father Richard was a brother of my Dr. John Hughes Cunliffe 1790-1857.

William's Cunliffe grandparents were John Cunliffe who came to Va. from England and Esther Hughes.
I have his father Richard as having died on December 24, 1856 but perhaps my information is in error.

William never married and had no children.
