"WHT" of the 3rd Louisiana Infantry is very likely Sergeant Will H. Tunnard who wrote "A Southern Record: The History of the Third Louisiana Infantry" first published in Baton Rouge in August 1866. Morningside Bookshop issued a reprint in 1988 edited by Ed Bearss with an alphabetical regimental roster included.
