SEARCHING FOR INFORMATION ON Volney Daniel Fowler. He served with the Adams Troop, Co A - Jeff Davis Legion during the Civil War. He joined the Adams Troop at Natchez, Mississippi and went to Virginia, where he served in the calvary under Generals Stuart and Hampton. He was mustered into service June 16,1861.
