"Lest We Forget" has so much more meaning when a weekend like this comes around. I too have been thinking of the men of the 7th Mississippi that died, but also of those who lived to see the results of this terrible conflict on our families.

Shiloh was tragic for the loss of all the good men but it was tragic that it came to this point.

Bickering led to arguing to fighting to death.

Hopefully as we celebrate this weekend, we will see that there is always a way to peace and pray that we do not ever face this tragedy again.
