Boven, his presence at the May & June, 1861 muster is not stated, no further records [this is the one and only card in records of the 7th Mississippi]

Note - He must have been dropped from the rolls sometime before August 17, 1861 as his name is not found on the subsequent Aug. 17 to Sept. 27, 1861 muster roll, dated Jan. 29, 1862

* This company was successively designated as Captain Carter's Company, Captain Brister's Company, and Company B, 7th Regiment Mississippi Infantry
