I am trying to decypher the signature of one of the superintendents of the Brierfield Arsenal in Columbus. The document (slave payroll) appears to be dated July 15, 1862. The first letter of the first name appears to be an "R" with a last name last letter looking like an "h" or "k".

Any help much appreciated.
