William Elias Roach - enlisted in Tippah County, MS. A member of 2nd MS Partisan Rangers (Ballentine's Cavalry - Company E). Possibly captured at Pulaski, TN in 1865. Do not know if he died or was released and returned home. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
