I am doing research on the C.W. in my county. The 8th Missouri Cavalry saw action and spent time in Woodruff County, AR during the C.W. I have found very little info on them. I have the book from Albert Demuth, but still would like to find more letters, correspondence, diaries and such from anyone in the 8th MO Cav.
If anyone could help out I would appreciate it. We could share info and it would shed some more light on what happened with all involved.
