Parsons' death claim paperwork location

I have located the repository information for the records in question concerning Parson's International Joint Commission case. The pertinant data is listed below. Parson's records would be located in "Records, 1870-77, of the Agency of the United States appointed under the claims convention of July 4, 1868...."

I provide this for anyone who would be so-inclined to pursue this line of research. I would do it myself, but my own research is quite involved in a different direction, and I have a full plate already (or several full plates, for that matter). If anyone follows up on this, perhaps they might let us know what they find. I would bet there is some interesting stuff in there regarding not only Parsons, but also other Confederates who joined the post-war exodus into Mexico.
